How I Work
Work starts with a conversation about the task: what needs to be digitized or built, and what the outcome should look like.
Next comes a look at the process as it actually runs: what people do by hand, where time gets lost, what data and systems are already reachable. For business digitization that means, for example, bringing Notion, Asana, Obsidian and Google docs into one knowledge base that staff query in real time instead of calls and meetings.
For a product, it's collaborative development in Claude Code: I write the code myself, together with the client or with other developers on their own machines, kept in sync.
The outcome is a working system: a product you can see running, or a process AI providers can reach through MCP.
There's no fixed price list — tasks vary too much in scope, and one number either scares people off or locks them in. Cost is discussed against the actual task.
